Jordi Boto

CEO of EFW

Jordi Boto is the CEO of EFW since 2022.

He started his career at Daimler Chrysler Aerospace (DASA) in Munich enjoying a career of over 25 years at Airbus in different roles: turn-around and divestment Airbus subsidiary PFW in Germany, Head of the Airbus Power 8 programme, CEO of EADS ATR, Director of Airbus legacy programmes as well as other positions in engineering and finance.

Jordi is trained engineer and military helicopter pilot.

Pierre Henri Brousse

HO Fleet Efficiency Customer Services, Airbus

Pierre-Henri Brousse has been appointed HO Fleet Efficiency Customer Services since 1st March 2021. With a large engineering and programme background in Airbus, Pierre-Henri was previously Senior Vice President A320 Programme Chief Engineering and before this, he held various key roles in the Programme Chief engineering organisation such as A320neo Chief Engineer, A30X Chief Engineer and Systems Chief engineer for Wide body Programme UPS freighter. In his early career stages, Pierre-Henri developed several engineering positions in handling qualities and flight simulations in Aerospatiale, becoming afterwards General Engineering Deputy for Cockpit avionics support to sales and programmes in Airbus. Fleet Efficiency represents a transverse function in Customer Services to link Airlines, Customer Services and Programmes. By supporting safe, reliable, economical operations for each Airbus programme, each supplier and all internal functions.

Torsten Kuehn

SVP Freighter Conversion Programmes & Services, EFW

Before joining EFW, Torsten Kuehn was Head of Stress Forward Fuselage and Research & Development for A350 XWB at Airbus Group for five years. 
In 2011, he started at EFW as Head of Design Organisation & Engineering, a position he held for 6 years. 
He has now been Senior Vice President Freighter Conversion Programmes & Services at EFW for 5 years.

Craig Murdoch

Head of Customer Services, EFW

Craig Murdoch has more than 25 years of experience in the aviation industry. Most recently as the Head of Customer Support - Asia Pacific for Airbus based in Singapore. Prior to working for Airbus, Craig was with Cathay Pacific Airlines as the Head of Line Maintenance and also spent over 10 years with Hong Kong Aircraft Engineering Co (HAECO) in their commercial department.

Craig’s OEM, Airline and MRO background brings a wealth of experience to serve the EFW customers.

Sylvain Le Borgne

Freighter & Conversion Programme Manager, Airbus

As much at home in the sky for business travel (and fun as ultralight pilot) as he is on land, Sylvain’s ability to organise business and develop collaboration/team building beyond the organisations and boundaries facing challenging international context has been sharpened by diverse experiences, especially in freighter business. Since Jan 2023 he is in charge of structuring and leading Airbus customer services for the P2F programme.
After several engineering position developments in navigation systems, support to aircraft production and as system chief-engineer in Airbus, Sylvain organised and led the engineering and programme support to EFW & STEA for the development and certification of the first A321 freighter, bringing to this emerging P2F programme, the required technical Airbus expertises with an entrepreneurial mindset. He has ensured the development of the cooperation between the three programme organisations, a key success factor, paving the way for the whole P2F products life support.

Lee London

SVP Sales and Marketing, EFW

Lee worked at Airbus for more than 20 years gaining a detailed knowledge of the aerospace industry and its strategic challenges. In his last position, he spent more than ten years as Vice President International Cooperation & Strategy, responsible for a wide range of commercial and industrial activities at Airbus. Prior to Airbus, Lee worked for McKinsey after completing his PhD at Cambridge University. He joined EFW in September 2024 as Senior Vice President Sales and Marketing, with the role to consolidate and grow EFW’s business in P2F conversions, MRO and aerospace components.

Patrick Fuchs

SVP Engineering, EFW

Patrick holds a diploma in Mechanical Engineering and has 18 years of experience in aircraft industry.
He joined EFW in May 2012.
After acting in various project, programme and leadership functions, Patrick took on role of SVP to lead the EFW Engineering and Part 21J Design Organization in 2022.

Mario Koenig

A330P2F Product Manager, EFW

As A330P2F Product Manager, Mario Koenig is responsible for product improvements and developments requested by EFW’s customers to further improve the technical appeal of the product. After his studies (Transport and Transportation Engineering at the Technical University of Dresden) he started his career in the airport business (Frankfurt, Berlin). In this position he already gained a good understanding of airline needs.
He joined EFW in 2018. After supporting the EFW Customer Support team in the early stage of the programme, Mario joined the EFW programme team in 2021.

Ivan Atyukov

A320/A321P2F Product Manager, EFW

Ivan Atyukov is the A320/A321P2F Product Manager since 2024.
He began his aerospace career in 2010, working as a stress analyst on Boeing projects for the 787 programme before supporting safety assessments and service-related solutions. He then transitioned to Customer Support Engineering for the 737 and 757 airframes. From 2020, he worked as a Boeing Field Service Representative. In 2022, he joined EFW as a Customer Support Engineer and advanced to Product Management in 2024. He is passionate about aerospace.

David Eychenne

Head of Technical Data Customer Offering, Airbus

David has worked at Airbus Customer Services for more than 15 years and has more than 10 years experience in IT server administration and software project development in the aerospace industry, especially in flight safety. He started by training operators on flight safety to prevent incidents and accidents. Then, David became Airline Focal Point for eOperations deployments and training. The goal was to support the airlines in managing maintenance and flight operations by replacing paper with digital tools and processes, especially for A380 and A350. Next, he took the opportunity to lead Cabin Engineering Support on different ATA chapters (ATA 38, 21, 25), with a high focus on customer satisfaction. David has now been Head of Technical Data Customer Offering at Airbus for six years, providing Technical Data Services to Airbus customers.
