Continuous improvement is key to success, and we can only improve if you provide us with feedback on your experiences with us. We would like to analyse the information you will share with us on problems you might have had and the quality of our services and products, so that we can develop measures for improvement where necessary.

You have the right to receive information about your personal data we hold about you. You have the right to correct incorrect data or to complete your data.

You have the right to have your data we hold about you deleted if there are no legal or contractual retention periods or other legal obligations or rights to continue storing your personal data.

Where your consent is required, you may withdraw your consent at any time. However, please note that if you withdraw your consent, you may not be able to access and use certain information, features or services.

You have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data by EFW, e.g. if the processing is unlawful, and you object to the erasure of your personal data. In these cases, your personal data will only be processed with your consent or for the assertion or defence of legal claims.

You also have the right to data portability, i.e. the right to receive the data provided by you and held by us in a commonly used, machine-readable format or to request transmission to another responsible person.

The feedback you will provide including your name will be processed by our responsible internal teams. If we share your data with third parties or present feedback externally, we will anonymise the data.

Statistics will be kept as long as necessary in order to be able to conduct individual trend analyses and to use the data as a basis for potential individual interviews.

Within our company, only those persons have access to your personal data who absolutely need it to fulfil their tasks. We transfer your data to authorised service providers who support us in the organisation of and throughout our day-to-day business, e.g. IT service providers and consultants.

If required by law or to protect our legitimate interests, we will transfer your personal data to government authorities, law enforcement agencies or courts.

If we transfer your personal data in ways other than those specified above, we will ask for your consent.
