Mitteldeutsche Flughafen AG supports EFW‘s future plans in Dresden

The discussions focused on EFW’s future infrastructure requirements at Dresden Airport. Both companies will identify, define and align the needs that are essential for EFW’s strategic development at its Dresden facilities.

This includes, in particular, consideration of the aircraft parking and apron space required to support EFW’s growth, especially for programmes involving widebody aircraft such as the Airbus A380 and Airbus A330. The two partners also intend to further strengthen their coordination in the military aviation sector.

As potential infrastructure changes at the airport are considered, EFW’s requirements will be incorporated at an early stage. The shared objective is to sustainably enhance the competitiveness and long-term prospects of the location while creating the conditions for further growth.
